Shipping and Processing time

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within1-2 business days .                                                                                                                                            Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days.                                        Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.      Once your order ships ,you'll receive a tracking number via email.                 

SleeknSmooth hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

♻️ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, wigs, or bundles once they have been shipped.

However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item received or a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’re happy to resolve the matter and ensure you are satisfied.
